This section lists the prices for our outsourced call center services, divided into three tariffs. The installation fee is a one-time fee, while the monthly fee and expert fees are calculated separately for your convenience.

Installment payment

One-time payment, which the customer pays only once when connecting the service.

Incoming calls

  • From 1 to 30,000 minutes per month in conversation, UAH 3/minute
  • From 30,001 minutes per month in conversation, UAH 2.5/minute
  • Filling out the call card UAH 1 / call

Outgoing calls

  • Call processing UAH 3.5/minute of conversation
  • Filling out the call card UAH 1/call

Chat/mail

  • Processing requests 12 hryvnias/chat
