We process the personal data that you provide to us, namely: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, city, both when completing the registration form on the Website or Mobile Application and when completing your profile. – Account: Users can create an account on the Website or Mobile Application. We use the information you provide to us to manage your account.

– Marketing: We also use your personal data (telephone number and e-mail address) to send information, newsletters, advertising and promotional materials. If you participate in promotions, the relevant information will be used to administer these promotions. Phone Book (Contacts) Section: Access to this section is required so that you can place an order for anyone else by providing us with their phone number from your phone book. We do not transfer telephone book data to third parties, except for providing the Partner with the telephone number of the person for whom the transport is ordered in order to process the order for that person, and we do not use it in any other way than in connection with the use of the Mobile Application under the terms set out in these Regulations. .

"Location" section: We gain access to your location to ensure the quality of service, in particular to indicate the location of the vehicle that will fulfill your order.

"Storage to memory card" section: We may save temporary technical data (cache) relating to your orders on your phone's memory card. We do not transfer this data to third parties and do not use it in any other way than to ensure the efficient functioning of the Mobile Application.

– Legal purposes: in some cases, we may use your personal data to process and transfer it to the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

- Fulfillment of orders: We process your personal data if you have consented to the execution of an order for transport and/or delivery, in order to transfer it to the user of the Website and/or Mobile Application.

– Account (personal account): Partners can set up a personal account on the Website. We use the information you provide to us to manage your personal account. Data related to your location is processed when the Opti connect Mobile Application is running in priority mode (open and displayed on the screen) or in the background (open but not displayed on the screen). To stop processing your location data, you must close the application. We will under no circumstances pass on your location data to third parties.

• Memory card recording section: We may save temporary technical data (cache) related to your use of the Mobile Application on your phone's memory card. We do not transfer this data to third parties and do not use it in any other way than to ensure the efficient functioning of the Mobile Application.

– Searching for items left in a vehicle: We provide your name and telephone number to users of the Website and Mobile Application to assist them in returning personal items left in a vehicle during transportation.

In other cases, we may make your telephone number available to users of the Website and Mobile Application only with your separate consent.

– Legal purposes: in some cases, we may use your personal data to process and transfer it to the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

How do we transfer your personal data to third parties?

In certain circumstances we may transfer your personal data to third parties.

A) Users of the Website and Mobile Application.

B) Partners I (users of the Website and Mobile Application)

- Order fulfillment: We transfer your personal data to the user of the Website and Mobile Application whose orders you fulfill.

– Third party service providers: We may use third party services to process your personal data on our behalf. This processing takes place for various purposes, e.g. to send information materials. Independent service providers agree to mandatory confidentiality and are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.

- Competent authorities: We transfer personal data to law enforcement, tax, treasury and other competent authorities to the extent required by applicable legislation of Ukraine or if necessary to prevent, detect or stop criminal acts and fraud. – Searching for items left in the car: at the written or verbal request of users of the Website and Mobile Application, we provide them with your name and telephone number to facilitate the return of personal items left in the car during transport. Why do we obtain your consent and how can you withdraw it?

By accepting the terms of these Regulations during registration or when placing an order via the Website without registration, you consent to our collection, use and processing of your personal data and confirm that by expressing such consent, you are acting on your own account and free of charge and in your own interest.
